Group Therapy

Peer connection and shared growth in a guided setting.

What is Group Therapy?

Group therapy involves multiple participants guided by a licensed therapist. It creates a safe space for connection, empathy, and shared growth.

Who It's For

  • Individuals feeling isolated or misunderstood

  • Those managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, or trauma

  • Clients seeking peer connection alongside individual care

What To Expect

Groups are small and topic-focused. You’ll engage in structured activities, open dialogue, and mutual support. Participation is always voluntary.

Our Approach

Each group is curated to ensure a safe, respectful environment. Topics include anxiety, trauma, coping skills, and ADHD for both adults and kids.

Usually 6–10 people, depending on the topic.

How big are groups?

Can I do both individual and group therapy?

Absolutely. Many clients find the combination very effective.
